The Ultrio Plus membership offers next-level primary care with unlimited in-person visits.

Once you are enrolled, you can schedule a virtual consultation or contact a provider by calling 435-281-2273. 

Your provider will be able to recommend a course of action or treatment as needed and can even call in prescriptions when appropriate.

The Zion RxShare service provides significant savings on medications. You will have access to 800 generics for $5, and many other medications for $15.

You may be able to save up to 80% off retail on certain brand name and specialty medications. Best of all, you can set up convenient mail-order refills so you never have to worry about missing a dose.

As a HealthShare member, you will be able to submit eligible medical expenses for cost sharing with the greater Zion HealthShare community. 

When you experience a shareable medical need, you will pay your initial unshareable amount (IUA) and then the remaining costs may be shared with the community. 

As a financial safeguard, you will only ever be asked to pay 3 IUAs in any given membership year.

Ultrio is open to anyone looking for an alternative to traditional health insurance. While most individuals and families can benefit from an Ultrio membership, Ultrio was designed with self-employed, entrepreneurs, contractors, and the like in mind.

You will be directed to Ultrio’s membership management partner, MemberGateway, and follow the prompts to fill in your information and pick your ideal Ultrio membership.

Certain components of the Ultrio membership are made to work with your current providers. For example, your HealthShare membership has built in flexibility to work with whatever providers you choose. 

For the RxShare component, your current doctor can continue to prescribe your medications, and you can continue to get initial fills at your preferred local pharmacy. Once you transfer a prescription to mail order, those medications will be filled by an RxShare partner pharmacy that specializes in home-delivery prescriptions.

For the virtual primary care component, you will be introduced to the Primestin Care team of providers. If you opt for Ultrio Plus, which includes in-person care, you will continue to deal with Primestin Care providers and approved clinics.
